Worst

Awful dentist, rude staff - requires prepayment, THEN they bill your dental insurance so they receive money up front. You're then left with a credit on your bill and have to fight...

My family and I have had nothing but positive experiences with C & G Dental Excellence and Dr. Clayton. The staff is always courteous and friendly. They provide excellent service and work with our insurance very well. In fact, my employer recently changed dental insurance providers and I neglected to inform C&G. When the previous insurance denied the claim, C&G contacted them, determined the new insurance provider and billed them. All without requiring any action on my part. That is what I call customer service! more

Love This Office!! 9/13/2012

I have been going to Dr. Gholson now for 25 years (since I was 5). I absolutely love him and his entire staff. They are loving, compassionate, and sincere! I live and work in Murfreesboro; since I am an RDA I could receive a considerable discount from one of the dentists we work closely with, but because of the great service and excellent dental work at Dr. Gholson's office, I am happy to drive the extra 45 minutes and happy to pay the extra money! more

I have been a patient for over 30 years. I consider Dr. Gholson very talented, his office staff courteous and professional, and his prices inline with what other dentists charge. I have had little to no wait time for cleanings or dental work. I highly recommend. more

Awful Dentist, Requires Prepayment,then bills your insurance 9/7/2011

Awful dentist, rude staff - requires prepayment, THEN they bill your dental insurance so they receive money up front. You're then left with a credit on your bill and have to fight with them to get your money back some 60-120 days after the fact. Also, if you have work that requires you to miss appointments on short notice, they charge you $25 for canceling less than 24 hours before your appointment. No sympathy for people that work for a living and have to cancel at the last minute due to work related reasons. AVOID!!! more

Great Dentist! 7/26/2008

I have been seeing Dr. Gholson for more than 15 years now, and I highly recommend him! He has done several crowns and fillings for me, and I have never felt ANY pain during those procedures. He has the latest technology and can use a camera to show you what's going on with a tooth that needs work. His staff are all very nice and helpful. The ladies who do the dental cleanings are all super. No one is ever kept waiting in the waiting room for long, either, since they don't overbook their appointments. more

Total disregard for paitents 2/13/2006

Does not provide emergency service and leaves patients waiting a ridiculously long time in the waiting room more
