C & D Auto Body & Paint

I've been going to C&D as long as I've been driving (as have all my friends in high school due to the fact Dave would always help us kids out with a good deal and awesome work). I have no idea why people like ""kristy a"" and ""tina w."" fabricate such ridiculous ""reviews"" (funny how I saw variations of those same reviews under different names...hint hint, it's the same person...) just to bad mouth an awesome business and someone who has been serving the Bend community for so long. The three wrecks I was involved in I took my car to C&D and they ALWAYS did amazing work. If you want awesome body work done, that's the place. Don't let people who don't even exist convince you otherwise. more

I took my Mercedes for a door ding and decided to have the back lower panels by the rear tires redone because of rock chips..... He rattle caned my newer Mercedes with a mat black finish. No shine looks like a paint job on a 72 honda. more

I am shocked to read the bad reviews about C & D and especially . I have known him and his work since he arrived in Bend. His workmanship is excellent. He displays a sense of detail and is an artist with a spray brush as well as repairing everyday bumps He has always treated me with respect. His customer service is helpful, cheerful and he has a great since of humor. I've used C and D several times over the years and have never been unhappy with his work. I am a 58 year old woman. more

They did a horrible job on my repair. I asked them to fix it and they said they would. When I called and Dave answered he was mad. For what reason I don't know. He said he wasn't going to fix it. I went in, and politely asked what the problem was. He said nothing, he was going to a movie in ten minutes. When I asked about my car he was mean and cussed me out. I was nothing but kind to this horrible man. I'm a 25 year old female and did not deserve such a lashing from a strange old man for no reason. I got completely screwed over and my car still isn't fixed. more

ive been coming to c&d years now, my wife is, lets just say not the most responsible driver. so weve had many little fender benders and such, nothing too big. every time something happens we take our car down to dave and he helps us out right away. hes very willing to work with us and our insurance company. ive never been dissapoited with the quality of work these boys put out. the body work is great, the paint is great, and the price is great. ill be returning to c&d everytime my wife forgets to look behind her while backing up. more

This shop is so dishonest. Dave is the owners name. He will tell you what ever you want to here to get your car in his shop. You will be very surprised when it is time to settle up and take your vehicle home. He is unwilling to work with insurance..he told me ""he was working with insurance then changed his mind once the work was complete and billing was due. He locked my car up and told me he didn't want to deal with insurance and he'd give me my car back once I paid in full then I can try to get it from insurance. That would be okay if stated up front. I would like to call the owner a D Bag, but I won't. Just know he will take you for all you've got!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Very seedy and dishonest. Don't Trust them no matter what they promise. Please get it in writing!!! more

I have had a very bad experience with Dave. I had my car painted. The paint quality was good, but Dave did not prep the parts. The overall result is pretty bad up close but fine at 5' away or further. I think that they are capable of doing good work. However, I experienced bad quality work and reluctance to correct the errors. It is very dishonest in my opinion. Moreover, I think that Dave knew exactly the paint faults, before I took the car home. I think that this is the worst service you can ever receive (especially when paying top dollar for low quality work). more

From motorcycles to helmets and snowboards, Dave (the owner and resident airbrush artist) has got you covered. Lame pun aside, Dave has created some truly amazing custome paint jobs. Stop by his shop located near Costco on Purcell Blvd and check out some examples of his work diplayed ih the main office. The one off custom pannel he painted for my firehouse in Washington DC is truly a work of art. more
