Escellent 2/16/2012

Dr. Kapolka is a great doctor who came in at night to see me for my family of animals. He is kind, treats the animals with respect and goes out of his way to keep the family comfortable during the procedure that has to be done. i am calling him tomorrow to see if i can get my beagle helped, he has an infected eye, ears and i don't think he feels good at all. Wish me luck. more

Good place to get a vet that cares 11/4/2009

I like this vet, I was able to get my cat spayed very fast, and they did everything they could to make my cat ok with the whole experience. They send me reminders for her shots, and other things she may need. I can tell the Dr really knows what he's doing. Pros: caring, fast, experienced Cons: location, hours open more

I called bywood animal hospital because I was referred to them for a cat. I talked to an elderly woman who gave me the third degree! Wow. She asked me a bunch of questions, like did I live in Philadelphia which I don't and why do I want a cat which was for companionship and living in an apt. bldg. a cat is a good pet to have. She told me she was NOT going to give me a cat for those reasons, I was so hurt I was in tears! So I went to the SPCA and got my cat. more
