WHAT A STORE!! 12/6/2011

I used this store when my hard drive crashed after I had it only 14 months. I was not under warranty. I had to also reinstall the operating system. The manufacturer charged me over $400.00. I could have bought a new computer for that price. Byte for Byte fixed the hard drive and reinstalled the o/s for under $250.00. It only took 2 days. Great service at a great price. I tell all my friends, they are the best!! more

They take forever 9/19/2009

This business is really cheap but they take FOREVER! they never return calls and if you want to have your computer back in time you have to hassle them yourself. they took a month with mine. Take it elsewhere Pros: cheap Cons: terrible customer service more
