Compassionate, Professional and Understanding 3/28/2007

Our pets (cats and dogs) have been under the care of this clinic since shortly after it opened. The staff has always been courteous, compassionate and professional; even when walk-ins and emergencies come in unscheduled. The Doctors are experienced professionals who have always treated our pets as their own. Procedures, risks and after care guidance are carefully explained AND their prices are very reasonable (we've checked). We highly recommend this clinic. Pros: Doctors and Staff more

Great people and service!! 3/28/2007

I can't figure out what these two posts are trying to say. I've been going to Byram animal Hospital since 2001 and have always been treated wonderfully. Many of the rechecks when my pets are sick are at no charge. It's obvious that these posts are from ignorant angry people. I'd also question their intelligence since their grammar and spelling is way off!! more

Not a warm envionment 2/21/2006

I recently brought my dog in for an eye problem. I was charged a hugh office fee. I was charged for a tiny dip stick with die for the eye $11 dollars then a top of money for meds and he wanted me to bring my pet back the eye healed well since I'm a pretty smart person and can see for myself it healed. Just a money grab go back for 5 minuted to be charged another office fee. Too many people in the office which have no personality. more
