I found just what I wanted via the Internet. My salesman seemed knowledgeable and arranged a test drive. It was a no-hassle deal and felt I was treated fairly. Althought the salesman was very nice, the used car manager out and out lied to us. He agreed to sell us an auto for a certain price and then reniged when someone else offered a very small amount more, even though we had looked at the car, driven it first, and the sales manager had already agreed on the price. He tried to tell us that the other people had offered first, but if that were true, he would not have agreed to sell us the car at the price we offered. All they care about is the sale. Who trains you people about customer knowlede and customer perception.? I do not mind paying for something that works,but not something that you promise to take care of then neglect to fix upon your promise. Then try to push me off like it is a bother to you to waste your precious time. Well guess what , I told all my friends at my job and they told their friends and family until the list will continue to grow. Do you think you lost some valuable business? I am the customer that you neglected.I am the customer you ignored. I am the customer that you would not listen to. I am the customer that you would not help me with the issues that I needed addressed. I am the customer that will not be back! Neither will my family or hundreds of friends. more

These people seem to deliver less than advertised. I tried to purchase a 2001 Neon that was advertised for a lease payment of $149.00 per month for 39 months woth $995.00 down. After 2 days of negotiating they came back to me with a payment of $159.00 a month for 63 months. Not ever close to their advertising. I fell they false advertise to get you in the door and then win't deliver as advetised once your there. I would never recommend this dealership as this is the second bad dealing that I have had with them on a lease basis. more
