My experience was outstanding. Karen not only made us feel welcomed, she made us feel as if she was here to help in any way that she could, that our business was important. Karen took in consideration all of our concerns and made things work. Karen respectfully made sure that I and my partner were very happy and included us both on all the details. Becuase of this, we wanted to our business to be work with this dealership. We will return because of Karen.\r more

Great Service 1/19/2011

Went in for a oil change. Time spent was approate for services recieved. During safety inspection, I was informed that I needed front brakes within the next 2-3 thousand miles. Was quoted a price that was more than fair. Service I have recieved after the purchase of my Taurus will only make me come back FOR MY NEXT PURCHASE. Best Ford store in the Metro area. more
