RMA. It took FOUR days to get a return phone call...only to tell me that I did not need an RMA. I promptly UPS'd the item back but receive my exchange. After almost THREE WEEKS, I sent an e-mail to David Callen (owner??) to inquire about my replacement item. He said he had sent my item out THAT DAY and warned me to be careful with it as there were no replacements on exchanged items. YES, even he knows that his products are PURE JUNK and doesn't guarantee them!\r

I had to pay the original shipping costs as well as the return shipment costs. So, I paid about $40 for a piece of junk that doesn't work. \r
