Knowledgeable, professional 11/6/2006

The inspector was very detailed - took a long time to do the inspection, but afterwards, we decided not to buy the house. The investor's that owned the house went to great lengths to conceal major problems that would have eventually cost us over $60,000! Fortunately for us, our inspector detected everything! We will never choose another inspector in the Tampa area. The real estate agents didn't seem to like the inspector at all, and now we know why! I also recommend never going with a real estate agent referral, as we now know they don't want anything to stop the sale. Pros: Probably the best home inspector in Tampa Bay area more

Exceeded our expectations! 6/9/2006

We had home inspections before, but never one so thorough and detailed. The inspector patiently explained everything in a way that we could easily understand. He put everything in perspective so that we could sit down with our agent afterwards, and make clear, logical decisions. I would definitely recommend Buyer's Choice Inspectors to anyone!
