My pharmacy was told it had been 2 years since I had been in. I am a regular patient. The receptionist hung up on me the 2nd time I called back after being on hold 7 minutes the previous time I called. They have turnover in staff and administration like you wouldn't believe, and they wonder why... The receptionist told me several different things each time I called...it was bizarre..she obviously didn't know what she was talking about and kept making things up. more

Staff is rude, girl at desk wants that all important $20.00 co-pay before anything else, and if you don't have it they won't see you even if you have insurance. Won't bill later for the $20.00. That $20.00 is much more important than my ailment. I go to the doctor once a year and I would like to get a flu shot. They don't have any because they can't afford it. They are affliated with the hospital, why can't they get a small supply from them? Why should I have to go to Walgreens for a flu shot? something I think should be handled in a doctors office Dr. Button is useless and too busy doing nothing for his patients.That is why I am on this site, to find a doctor who does care. That 15min thing is a load of 'you know what'. Also, You only get about 2 min of some other doctor, and each year it is a different doctor, he can't seem to keep the help there to long either.
