Butler's Orchard

Butler's Orchard is a family favorite around here. In the summer they have a lot of fresh fruits, and incredible vegetables. We love to go in the Fall for apples, lots of apples. They put out small tasting apples that the kids just love. They have a Halloween section with all kinds of fun decorations, foods and more. The pumpkin selection is fabulous... more than at the grocery store but exactly what you want! They also have a pumpkin festival with hayrides, corn mazes and more. The entrance fee to this includes your pick of a pumpkin. This is a family run business with spirit and pride, and we will always support them! more

We've visited Butler's Orchard for several years and always have a great time visiting. We make it a point to come during blueberry season (July) and pick at least 10 pounds of blueberries. The picking is easy, there are plenty of bushes and even with large groups of people visiting (on weekends especially), it's still very pleasant. On busy days, they run tractor rides between where cars are parked and where the blueberry fields are located. On slower days, you can drive right up to the fields. The orchard also has a variety of other fruits to pick during their seasons - cherries, strawberries, blackberries, etc. There is also a market for buying smaller amounts of produce and items like apple butter and honey.
