Butler Wood

I searched online to find a local company to deliver firewood to my home and ran across Butler Wood, along with other places. Thank goodness I decided to give Butler a try. The contact was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. I did notice the prices may be higher with Butler than at some places..but that is the difference between Butler selling actual cords and 1/2 cords compared to other places selling FACE cords but not informing the customer they are face cords. Face cords are smaller, so you don't get as much wood for the cost. With Butler you get what you are paying for and more. The amount of wood I received is outrageous! I can see it lasting for quite a while and I keep my fireplace going constantly in the cold weather. The wood itself burns perfectly...even when damp (I forgot to cover it). It doesn't burn too quick and doesn't have problems starting.\r \r Delivery was amazing also. Friendly yet professional and the stacking was perfect. A small amount of the wood wouldn't fit on the large stand I have so he was willing to place it anywhere I wanted. I do know that when my current stand dies (cheap one from Lowes) I will purchase a heavy duty stand from Butler. \r \r I would recommend using Butler Wood to anyone and will use them again myself. Although with the amount of wood I have it may be two years before I need more. Butler has a customer for life in me. From the moment we contacted Butler to discuss firewood we were sold! The questions we asked got the answers we were looking for and the customer service was truly 'super'! We needed a storage-rack and Butler had one to fit our budget and our needs that was assembled on-sight and filled in the location we wanted it. I am not an expert in all things wood related but I can't help but want to brag about the deal and service that I got from Butler Wood. \r \r Feeling taken advantage of by those guys on the side of the road selling wood, Home Depot and grocery stores with their plastic wrapped stack of 6 tiny pieces for 6 bucks.. I found Butler Wood and from the selection to the delivery (fit around my schedule), I found it to be a great experience. I ordered a wood storage frame and a 1/4 cord of oak. The guys showed up on time, set up the frame and filled it. \r \r It's the real deal, not that stuff I got roadside that smoked out my house! This was dried oak perfect for a fireplace. 1/4 cord will last me nearly 2 years and I have a fire every weekend during the winter. Pros: 1. Easy to order. 2. They deliver! 3.
