Wow! The BEST customer service I have ever had! Rob Rady went so far above and beyond in order to help me not only with the purchase of my new Nissan NV cargo van but he also took care of EVERY detail to convert it into a mobile cupcake truck for my local business. And I mean everything from the wrap, to the a/c, to the window, to the inverter etc. I can't say enough how valuable this service was. I cannot thank Rob or Butler Nissan enough! more

BEWARE! The price listed online may not be honored. Saw a great price on a vehicle on their website. Contacted the internet department and asked them to verify that the car was available at the listed price. I was told YES come on down. When I arrived at the dealership, I asked the saleman about the price. When we returned from the test drive, we were told that the price was a mistake and they would not sell. JR (claimed to be owner) was rude and arrogant. After some heated discussions, I asked what he was prepared to do to get my business. He said that since I was not listening to him, he didn't want my business. If this is his idea of customer service, he doesn't deserve any customers. TOO MANY OTHER DEALERS AROUND TO PUT UP WITH POOR SERVICE. I RECOMMEND PASSING BY BUTLER! more
