An overall good experience. I come all the way across town when there is a Hyundai dealership 5 mins. from my house because I like the service.

My TWO salesmen were great! 10/30/2013

I was lucky - I had TWO salesmen - Blake and Ryan - and they were both so knowledgeable and friendly and courteous and helpful, etc! I've received several calls from each of them checking to be sure my car is everything that I wanted it to be AND working correctly. Ryan especially helped me for a LONG time with all the technology of the car (navigation, blue tooth, sincing (sp?) my iPhone to the car, etc). I am impressed with these two young men! Every time I visit I am treated very well! Just a warning though, do not have your windows tinted here. They have a third party come to the dealership to do it and he scratched 5 of my windows. Butler did make it right and replaced all of them but it was a huge hassle. more

The Butler Hyundai from sales to service are top notch. We love our vehicle and have zero second thoughts about the purchase. We will not have to buy another vehicle for a long long time but I sure when the time comes Hyundai will be at the top of the list. more

Salesman and Service Writer 8/31/2013

Dave Zeis is the best service writer. Because I have no husband or son any longer to keep an eye on my car, Dave has assumed that responsibility for me and really does a thorough review of everything on my car. Things I would not see or know to look for. Please keep him, as he is a god send to me. Bruce, my salesman, is so good about also keeping me informed about the new additions and changes inthe Hyundai line. He and my husband did business for many years. Consequently the reason we have owned Hyundai's for many years. Both of these men are like family to me. more
