@Lynnberlynn I agree with you ... This is the worse doctor office in the world, you never see the original Primary Doctor which is Dr. Butcher listed on your insurance card. My experience with ""Bad"" care medical group has been for more than 8 years, and It have always been the same. They make you feel miserable as if you are faking you symptoms. They are only fair with making Referrals to go to a much better doctor ...Who is Dr. Parker, Dr. Hood or Dr. Williams ? I don't know them. I never met Dr. Butcher be for in my life. I want to keep the Doctor that they referred me to .I choose to do nothing about the Dr. Butcher but go to one of the health clinics instead, they will treat me better there I want Kaiser but I wont be able to see Dr. Wynn my Pain management Doctor they refer me to more

Let me start out with what a waste of time these last few months have been dealing with this office. First I've never even seen Butcher and yet he is my primary care physician. I have been seen by Dr. Parker and Dr. William. I guess they are doctors but I can't find on them on the internet anywhere. Months ago I requested blood tests to confirm my syndrome, Williams slammed the door in my face and said women don't produce testosterone, there was no need to be taking requesting this blood work of hormone levels. This guy needs to retire, I doubt he can even figure out how to work an iphone hes so old. Turns out a month later my Gyno confirms I have PCOS by taking the same tests I requested and got a door slammed in my face. If hes misinformed so much he doesn't know women produce testosterone he should not be treating anyone. After the debacle with Williams I'm sent to Parker. They took my blood for a test but some how the results went missing and I had to do the test again. Who knows what the results were. the appointment waiting time can range from and 10mins-1hr. And the chances of you getting your medical history faxed over are not likely. I don't know why test results are missing, they can't explain why my medical history is missing, This place is increasingly frustrating all I have to thank them for is some referrals to other doctors. more
