Busy Bee's Disposal

I have to agree with ameliarose and disagree with the other person. I, too, have been, and will continue to be, a customer of BusyBees. I've never heard a bad word against them, either. They are a very efficient, responsible and hard-working family plus they have the cleanest trucks I've ever seen! I rarely recommend any business but this one is a keeper. I would have to disagree with that statement. I have been a customer for many years. I have only heard good reviews, and such good things about this company. Up until recently, service was good. We live on a dead-end street and when he drove by we realized the trash wasn't out. My sons rushed to get the trash cans out. They made it in time and when he drove by the house again, he didn't stop - despite my three kids flagging him down. All the while my wife and mother watched the entire event. I called and asked to have the trash picked up today but had to leave a message. The driver called back and in short stated he didn't see anyone, didn't see any kids at our stop, or even any cans. He then admitted that upon returning down the street that he may have forgotten and had already stopped. Though they offered to come back out, I couldn't get over how we were called liars and the guilt trip he attempted to place on us. Save yourself the headache and use another company. Pros: Cheaper than the rest. Cons: Poor customer service more
