CAUSED AN ANXIETY ATTACK 1/26/2016

My visit today caused me great anxiety as I was very uncomfortable with the aid/nurse she was all over the place she was not sure what the heck she was doing she had me change rooms three times at the end of the visit she was told to give me the after care instruction she had know clue what she was taking about. NOT GOOD AT ALL TODAY. WOW i was really scared today. more
