Ordered a hat 45 days ago. I still haven't received it. They won't respond to my emails. I just filed a complaint through PAYPAL.
I find if funny that 2 of their positive reviews for this ""ONLINE STORE"" come from people who live in the same city in which Dowdle is located. Obviously these people are directly affiliated with Dowdle Sports and are desperately trying to save face for what, for me, is by far my worst internet purchasing experience. Never again will I do business with Dowdle and I will pass my experience onto others.
To Dowdle: customer service is the most important part of a business. It can make or break you.
