I thought my dental horror was to be over yesterday. However I find I am to have another tooth extracted and will wait another two months for a permanent solution. I am disappoint...

Wow! 1/18/2012

Dr. Hutchison has been my dentist for years. When I lost a very old crown 3 years ago, there was not enough tooth for a new crown. We were able to postpone the extraction until this week. Dr. Carlton performed the procedure. I did not know what to expect; I had never met him before and he is not Dr. Hutchison. But the procedure went very well. And I was back at work that afternoon. Thank you. more

Excellent establishment 1/18/2012

I was warmly greeted and offered a beverage upon entering. The whole staff was extremely kind and no one seemed like they were in a rush to get to the next person. Felt like they had all the time in the world to spend showing me around and talking to me while they did the procedure. All of the doctors are fantastic and extremely capable. I don't have anything to even complain about. I highly recommend getting your dental work here. more

Quick Fix 1/17/2012

Had a crown come off over the weekend, and they got me in on Monday. Cleaned it up, reattached it with a new epoxy glue. Glad they could save the crown and get me in-and-out quickly! more

Wait time was unacceptable, especially after excessive text reminders 1/13/2012

I got repeated text messages reminding me of my appointment, which I thought was excessive. Once I have confirmed, I am not going to forget I need to be somewhere. I arrived 5 minutes before my appointment and then was kept waiting for over 20 minutes. Once it got started, the appointment itself went fine. more

My experience at Busch, Hutchison & Carlyon DDS has always been superior. I have been a long-time patient of Dr. Busch and have always had excellent service in all types of procedures from all members of the team. You won't find better dental service anywhere. more

25 years and still going strong..... 1/12/2012

I can remember when Dr. Busch had just started, and we met to discuss my dental care... about 25 years ago!! I continue to be very impressed with her expertise, but the reason I continue as a client is the level of care and concern the entire staff shows for my overall health and well being. Good cleaning as always! 12/26/2011

My attendant was skilled and thorough, and the cleaning went as smoothly as all of mine have for years. The office is cozy and inviting, and the staff efficient with their service. They also remember way more than I expect, and can converse about individual details. This makes it a very personalized experience. more
