I was happy with the Tech that came to my home he was able to give me options on what I could have done at my home, Which made me feel like I had a choice on what was being fixed ...

Worst

It's been about a year now since I've had to deal with these people. Way over priced! I have had the roots from my main drain cut away many times, and I was never gouged before...

It's been about a year now since I've had to deal with these people. Way over priced! I have had the roots from my main drain cut away many times, and I was never gouged before. But when it happened on a Sunday, Burton really took advantage of me. Instead of the usual ninety nine dollars charged by other companies, I was forced to shell out five hundred dollars because it was a Sunday! When your sewer lines are backed up they really have you over a barrel. It's to bad...especially being the local company that they are. more

Very Happy 4/4/2012

I was happy with the Tech that came to my home he was able to give me options on what I could have done at my home, Which made me feel like I had a choice on what was being fixed and how it was being fixed. I like that I was given the prices up front. I know I might of paid a little more for the repairs but I know that the job was done right, and that if I have another problem and someone will answer the phone.. I had another company to my home before and when I called back I got a answering machine and no one ever called me back. So I chose this company instead, I am glad they did not answer because I know I will be calling Burton and Sons back.. more
