Tim Horak from Burton was able to respond to our air conditioning outage within 2 hours of our call. He was able to quickly diagnose issues with our air conditioner and why it wasn't working, and lay out some options for us in a quick manner. He then got us in touch with a Burton sales manager within an hour so we could discuss purchasing a new unit. We were happy a lot of things were solved within 24 hour time period. more
