Pros: excellent recipes, delicious WHEN fresh, healthy fare\r Cons: BAD lighting, already storing boxes in dining room(inexcusable), terrible flow setup for ordering line, kitchen is in plain view, frequently messy dining room, staff lacks training, place is new and owner is already disconnected, terrible outside lighting parking lot is pitch black at night\r \r It's a new place with good recipes but it won't weather the storm with such spotty management. I went in for a bowl at 3:00 and the food line was mostly empty. My chicken DEFINITELY wasn't fresh made as it was floating in the bottom of the serving tin. Once the newness of Burrito Bros. Wears off they will be in troubled waters as people won't flock back to this neglected restaurant. I've seen it a thousand times in PBC. This place is no different. Just watch. more

It was okay--chicken was room temp and some of the topping seemed to have been sitting for quite a while. Staff was very blah. No greeting. Place was empty. Has potential to be awesome. Just need to make it a bit more lively and ensure that the ingredients claimed as "fresh" in fact are. more
