I brought my car in for suspension problems. I have come to find out that the work that they were supposed to do (and the work I paid for) was not done correctly. I took my car to another local shop to have tires put on and come to find out that 7,000 miles later, my supposedly new wheel bearings were shot. They tried to tell me that it was an idler arm and some other things ... but it is obvious that it was the wheel bearings. In fact, the shop where I had the tires put on said it looked as though the bearings were old and only repacked with new grease. This is not what I paid for. I paid for new bearings ... and I paid a lot for the bearings and the labor.\r

I have tried calling but they say that my problem is not my bearings. I have had two shops look at this now and they state the bearings are bad. Burnett's refuses to fix it without charging me additional money. Do not take your vehicles to any Burnett store, they seem to have some honesty issues. I wouldn't recommend t
