Kate Poole, was ALWAYS so very accommodating. Knowing I come 80+ miles away, she always managed to get me scheduled with a day or two. This time, via a phone conversation, it took 5 business days to do a level 2 service. The service person, who was male, was not very accommodating at all. Very frustrating. Although Shelby Pratt was very helpful, as usual as I made sure I went to her when I walked into the service desk area.
this makes it hard to recommend Burlington hyundai so I will have to say no to "would you recommend tgis business to a friend"
