We had such a positive experience with my daughter's orthodontic care. She was extremely self conscious of her smile and would never smile with her teeth showing. Now she is excited to show them off. Great costumer service as well, always able to get flexibility with scheduling and locations. Would highly recommend for anyone needing braces! more

We were so happy to have found this place! We were told by another dentist that our 8 year old needs braces and head gear and much more. But after coming here and talking with this wonderful staff we were told it's not necessary at this time. What a relief to find honest people who really care about what's best for our family. We even drove two hours and it's well worth the drive in our opinion! more

My experience with Dr. B and his team was nothing short of first class. His staff were always courteous and cheerful and always treated me with the upmost respect. All my appointments were kept as scheduled and I never waited longer than 5 minutes before I was already seated for my appointment. My family has had 3 patients under the care of Burleson orthodontist, it was a total disaster. Case #1 my son has been in braces for four years treatment time was suppose to be 18-24 months. Dr. Burleson now has dismissed my son from Burleson orthodontist after (4) YEARS and refuses further treatment. Ashely the office manager ask us to sign an agreement that we would not seek any legal action against the practice, contact any news outlets or leave any negative comments about the practice. In agreement for signing this contract, Ashley stated they will fully refund all payments plus insurance monies. We have requested to see Dr. Burleson numerous times and been refused each time. I spoke with Dr. Burleson on the phone once to express my concerns he promised he would meet with us never did he follow through on his promise. In four years we have seen many different people at this place for treatment always an excuses that Dr. Burleson was too busy to meet with us or even return a phone call. Should a parent not be able to consult with the Dr. when a minor child is involved??? After two second opinions on my sons case the options now are. 1. Surgery 2. Remove the braces let his teeth go back to normal then start over. 3. Remove bace and make retainers and leave teeth in the mess from four years of failed treatment. Case #2 myself, I went with the invisalign treatment plan. 12-18 months according to Dr. Burleson. Well its been three years of treatment Dr. Burlesons treatment plan isn't working. Second opinion said my teeth would be out of bone to get the end results that Dr. Burleson said he could get. Dr. Burleson again was too busy to meet face to face with me and explain his further failed treatment plan. Case #3. My wife simply dismissed from the practice by being a part of my family it appears. Burleson orthodontist and Dr. Burleson was dishonest from day one about the care and treatment plan for my family. more
