friendly doctor: I went here abt. 2 yrs ago. It was the first time I enjoyed a trip to an optometrist-- Dr. Burgwald was easygoing and friendly. He listened and answered questions, and seemed very competent, unlike so many other doctors I had gone to. The opticians are knowledgeable and friendly, too, and there's a great selection of glasses. And it's privately owned. more

I've been so impressed with Jones Optical in the three years that I've been living in Champaign. It's true they are busy, but I have never been treated with anything but respect here. Dr. Burgwald especially is a very nice and professional person, who truly cares about what he does. more
