I chose Burgmeier's because I wanted a local company, but they have very poor customer service and have missed at least 4 pickups in the last 10 months - two in the last two weeks. When I called to complain, the so-called customer service representative could care less. When I asked not to be charged for the missed pickups, she said that their policy is not to refund for missed pickups. Well, my policy is not to patronize companies with crappy customer service!!! Choose someone else if this matters to you!
