I found out that Burgmeiers was much more expensive! My new trash hauter is cheaper with no fuel adjustment charge. No wonder Burgmeiers could underbid the local Huntingdon Boroug...

same crappy service they only pick up trash 70% of the time I always have to call for a pick up\r I never have more than 3 bags of trash but they charge me for 6 and when you call to complain they act like they don't care about your business. The best service I had was jims hauling unfortunately they don't come out here. more

EX Customer! 3/5/2012

I found out that Burgmeiers was much more expensive! My new trash hauter is cheaper with no fuel adjustment charge. No wonder Burgmeiers could underbid the local Huntingdon Borough hauler who had done the work for the borough for years -- they charge the residential customers a lot more.! The person who I told I was closing the account acted like she could have cared less. Well, I guess they have plenty of customers! more

Crappy customer service and many missed pickups 3/5/2012

I chose Burgmeier's because I wanted a local company, but they have very poor customer service and have missed at least 4 pickups in the last 10 months - two in the last two weeks. When I called to complain, the so-called customer service representative could care less. When I asked not to be charged for the missed pickups, she said that their policy is not to refund for missed pickups. Well, my policy is not to patronize companies with crappy customer service!!! Choose someone else if this matters to you! more
