We have to say we LOVE BurgessBoys. Unfortunately, they have closed both the Watertown and Oconomowoc locations. However, I called for my parents' car and they are still open on 24th and Clybourn. They are are reputable and reasonable. We used them in an emergency situation. They got our car fixed within the day and charged considerably less than the other service places around. They are well worth the drive to 24th and Clybourn! more

This was the best - \r I dropped my car off, it was running bad - \r They called with what it needed,\r I picked it up, and it ran perfectly - \r Thanks Pros: Best Customer Service Cons: Cound not find any more

First time I had used this location (I have used others) in Watertown, and when they used to be on Hwy 16 in Oconomowoc. I was pleasantly surprised that the service and pricing was still excellent. They got my car in rightaway and got me back out on the road. Pros: timely service Cons: none found more

I had a wonderful experience at Burgess, found exactly what I needed, repaired what was wrong and the car ran great - will come back - Pros: good diagnostics more
