Burgerville is still my favorite fast food restaurant, but the Albany location lacks consistency. Everytime I order the Nine Grain Turkey Club sandwich, it's prepared differently. That is to say, the ingredients are always the same, just different amounts of them. Sometimes it's so drenched in mayonaise, that I have to scrape it off with a french fry. Other times, there's one little piece of undercooked bacon. I guess my suggestion would be that when you place an order at this restaurant, be sure to specify how much of each ingredient you want, for example, light mayo, extra bacon. Still the best fast food restaurant in Albany.
