Burger King

The cashier, Mike, was very friendly and he got our order right. The only problem was that they were out of crispy onions, but I was impressed at how the manager handled it. She didn't just apologize; she went the extra mile to console us for our inconvenience and she did it with a great attitude. After, when she was maintaining the lobby, she even stopped by our table to make sure everything was alright. Would def reccommend. more

First let me say this is not the first Burger King I have been unhappy with. This one though takes the cake. We ordered the new chicken fries and when we got the order they were dripping in grease. So bad in fact the whole bag was oil stained. So I asked the clerk at the window for a new order and she was really mad. She slammed the bag in the trash and brought us a new order. these were just as bad as the first order. By now I am so irritated and I had to ask for ketchup and then napkins and then after parking I realized I did not get a straw and had to go inside for one. But I also wanted to tell you this same clerk told me there were no Star Wars watches yet when I went inside they had plenty. I will never ever go back there and the young lady should learn some manners. I was kind to her the whole time. more
