Very poor communication. Good product but have an issue and they don't return calls. I finally went in the office to set up a time for them to come out and inspect (I took half day off from work) and they never showed! Tried calling and no return call. Again. good product...but they have extremely poor customer service. more

We had Burger fencing install wood post and rail around our entire property. they came when they said they would and stayed until the whole job was complete. more
