Called on a Monday (probably a busier day for plumbers, I'd think) asking for a quote to install a toilet and a ""how soon can it be done"" inquiry. Was put on hold for about 2 minutes and was pleased to hear ""$149, and someone can be out there within 1-4 hours"". Pretty simple stuff! They were at my place an hour later. The actual cost turned out to be $99 more to replace the rusted/crusted up bolts from the flange. I thought that $99 seemed a bit steep, but I wasn't really psyched to do the work myself or shop it, so I said go for it. The plumber also mentioned a $39 ""service call"" charge, which I told him I wasn't aware of/it wasn't quoted, so he waived it. Toilet works. End of story!
Pros: Quick Response, Job completed
Cons: Goofy "Svc Call" Chg
