Can`t recommend more highly!...The owner is wonderfully warm, the rooms are cosy and very private. The breakfast is excellent, multiple kinds of cereal, fruits and fresh bread. I would recommend this B&B to anyone! more

I have stayed at the Burbank Rose Bed & Breakfast of Newport RI on more than one occasion. I always have a wonderful time! The Cottages are clean, well appointed and comfortable. Pleased neighbor We were so hoping that our Thanksgiving guests could stay in our neighborhood in comfortable accomodations. My brother volunteered ""Last week was the best vacation I've had in 20 years? great lodging, food, conversation, and rest!"" The Chimes will be our choice for all future visitors. more

The room was very comfortable, clean, and quiet. The owners were accommodating and friendly! The B&B is right in front of the trolley stop, which was incredibly convenient. We would definitely stay here again. No complaints. Great place for a couple looking to just ""get away"" for a while. more

Our first visit to Newport, RI was also our first experience staying at a Bed and Breakfast. That stay was so much fun that we absolutely had to do it again. The Avenue Inn is a gorgeous Victorian home located conveniently to the trolley. We just parked the car and forgot it while we enjoyed the spirit of this most interesting city. more

My husband, two young sons and I recently stayed at the Burbank Rose Bed & Breakfast of Newport RI and had a wonderful time. The Cottages are set up perfectly for a family to enjoy a few nights away. We had a kitchenette which was key with the kids. Having two rooms was a great change compared with a typical hotel; we were able to put the kids to sleep early and we could enjoy a glass or two of wine in the other room. The pool and spa were wonderful. Our boys had a blast in the pool which was the perfect termperature. Our cottage was tucked in the back so we didn`t have to worry about disturbing other vacationers. The staff was warm and welcoming, especially toward the boys. The short walk into town was also a welcomed change rather than having to get in the car to go to eat or grab coffee. What a great getaway location! more

My fiance took me here for my birthday, and it was a wonderful weekend. We stayed in a room with a mineral hot tub, and took 2 baths a day. I am not a big fan of the sulfur smell, so scents were provided to ease that. Even without the scents, the in-room baths are amazing. The cottages are steps away from mud baths and massages, and the walk to downtown Newport RI is just lovely. The Burbank Rose Bed & Breakfast of Newport RI are a perfect match for the great dining in the area. I was so rejuvenated after that weekend that going back to the daily grind didn`t seem so bad, but honestly, we could have stayed indefinitely. more
