Visitors should absolutely check out this gorgeous inn which is so conveniently located near the center, great shopping on Magazine Street and several universities including Tulane and Loyola. Right on the Street Car Line and within walking distance to fine eateries. Plus, Joe and Bebe are very kind, hospitable and accommodating. We will certainly stay at this Inn again. more

This place has character, great hosts, a wonderful location and a fantastic price. I love that the St. Charles Ave trolley is right out front, that it's equidistant between the French Quarter and Uptown, and that the hosts took every conceivable measure to ensure our comfort. more

Great Service 3/16/2012

A Delightful Time This is a very beautiful and comfortable place in a lovely location close to the trolley. I was visiting a very ill friend and the owners went out of their way to be sensitive and supportive at this difficult time. I felt pampered and very much at home. The snacks and continental breakfasts were very special. Have already been recommending this to friends. You can't go wrong here. more

We had a wonderful stay at the Avenue Inn. The bed was comfortable and the continental breakfast was wonderful. The unhurried atmosphere is a welcome retreat after a day of sightseeing and shopping, and the nighttime quiet hours are a definite plus for light sleepers. The home is conveniently located on the St. Charles Avenue streetcar line, making it easy to get to and from the French Quarter and the Riverwalk. We will definitely recommend the Avenue Inn to our friends. more

Loved Burbank Rose Bed & Breakfast of Newport RI!! The Inn is set back from the street and is just lovely. We loved taking the trolley. The owners helped us get the most out of our visit. This was our first stay in New Orleans and we will be back!! more

I have been going to Burbank Rose Bed & Breakfast of Newport RI for nearly 10 years. It is a great place to stay for extended visits to the city. It is in a safe location. Wonderfully convenient to the street car, Magazine Street, and Tulane University. The owners of the B & B are very kind people. more

Super Clean From the moment I walked in I was impressed with the Décor and friendly staff. I stayed in the double room and I felt like I was in Heaven. That was the comfortable bed I have ever slept on. Bathroom was amazing and SUPER clean. I was really impressed with this place and would recommend it to everyone! more
