I try to make an appointment but the front desk girl more that help she just insist my insurance was not cover my visit I try to explain to her everything but I got to the conclusion she was getting paid for being unfriendly with the patients than be helpful and gain costumers this happened a year ago and I look every time I drive trough to see who like that kind of service so far I don't see much people there (thank god) so me my husband and my daughter found a much better optometrist and Friendly! This is the best optometry shoppe to visit. I would never consider going anywhere else for my eye exams or glasses. The doctors are very thorough and consciencious, the employees friendly, professional and effecient. Appointments are easy, results are quick, and they have state of the art eye exams that are actually pretty fun to do. The office is clean and comfortable, and they have a wide variety of glasses to choose along with catalogs. If you need something they can usually have it in less than a week and offer competitive prices. If its just adjusting you need, feel free to drop in and they'll do in moments, providing they arent too busy. I highyl recommend this office for honest, quick, and trustworthy eyecare. PROS: Prices, the best eyecare, eyeglass variety CONS: Parking is somewhat awkward, need longer hours for those that work more
