We recently purchased a car from Santa Paula Chevrolet. Dealing with SPC was a great experience from the pleasant, knowledgeable salesperson, Chris, to equally knowledgeable and pleasant finance person, Javier. Plus I feel we got a great deal! \r \r The only wrinkle was when we finalized the deal and were given our keys we discovered there was only one key and remote. But I shouldn't have worried because John the general Manager told us "we don't have unhappy customers" and he was right because we had another master key, valet key, and remote within days. \r \r Santa Paula Chevrolet may be a little out of the way for some people but I highly recommend them for your first stop!\r \r George Roberts more

The staff members are very informative. They never try to get me to do unnecessary work or sell me things I do not need. I tried to save a few minutes off my drive and truly found out that there is no one out there as good as S.P.C. At S.P.C they take my concerns very serious. It is easy to determine who works there and I could walk up to anyone and ask a question about anything. I get reminders of when it is time to get service done and it is easy to call in and make an apt. S.P.C is not just another dealership I drop my car off at, no it is a friendly establishment that takes care of myself and the needs of my car. There is no other dealership like this, trust me! Ive been to several dealerships and this one is a keeper. I was in need for a billet grille for my 2004 Tahoe. So i called and spoke to someone in parts, he was very helpful and he had me come by and take a look at my options. So i agreed and whent to the dealership. As soon as i pulled up the drive way some of the staff members greeted me and welcomed me to their dealership. I told them, I was looking for the Parts department. And when I was expecting them to point and tell me where to go, one said " let me show you where they are" . So we started walking and he must have greeted every person he came across. It was not what Im used to. So we made our way into the parts department, and there he introduced me to the man I had spoken earlier. The parts guy helped me pick the right billet grille at a great price. So i asked if they could install it for me. He said, we better check with the service department. At that point he walked me to the service department and told them what I needed to be installed on my Tahoe. the service department was also very helpful. They asked if i needed A ride home or if would rather wait, I waited. When my Tahoe was done it was looking better than ever, thanks to that billet grille and the complementary car wash.... or maybe it was just that I was so satisfied and content, with this whole experience. Either way iI recommend SANTA PAULA CHEVROLET and I will be back. great job more
