I found a used vehicle advertised on their web site. When called the sales department, they refused to give me the price on the phone! \r
The next morning, checking the web site I noticed they have priced the vehicle, so I printed a copy and went to see it. \r
The sales person was a real nice guy, showed me the vehicle, test drove. I brought to his attention all repaires and fixes that were visible. Since this LOW MILAGE car did not have a GM Certification, I asked if it was available. The sales person came back, after talking to his manager, claiming that they could provide that certification, but would cost me $1,000.00 extra!\r
As far as the vehicles price, they had jacked it up from the original in their web site,( $19,777.00) to $21,900.00!!!!!\r
I told the salesman that I wasn't there to waste their time or to insult anybody's intelligence and expected the same from them! \r
Gave him the copy of their asking price on their website and told him to take it to his manager and tell him what kind of scu.. bag he is!\r
Stay away from these guys, they treat you like an idiot trying to get your money.
Pros: None.
Cons: Bait and switch specialists!
