Bunkey's Car Wash

I took My 2 year old BMW there because someone splattered paint on it and that is where thay bought a \r $200 gift card to have Bunkey;s use a clay bar to clean it, firstly I agree that the woman behind the register is aweful, she booked my appt wrong, so when I went to drop off my car the first time, then they said they needed 5 hours, SHE did not tell me that, SO , I again took it back time 2, left it 6 hours to come back and still not finished had splatters all over it still, I stayed til after closing and thought it was OK, to find out later, the top of the car had not been touched. FOR $200 and 6 hours and was NO impressed and DO NOT suggest you take an exotic car there. AND replace the HAG. Pros: did give me a loaner car Cons: many more

I have been going to this location for several years and every time I go in there, the same old hag who's been ringing up customers has ALWAYS BEEN RUDE to me. I don't know if it's just me, but every single time I've been in there, the old hag NEVER says anything to me or acknowledges me, just rings me up and that's it. And to top it off, it never asks me for my fragrance of choice, I ALWAYS have to ask for it and when I do, the old hag acts as if it couldn't be bothered! I thought maybe it's just a bad day for said cashier (and that's not my problem), but I've finally had enough and will NEVER go back to this car wash again and make sure that no one I know ever will!!! These people seem to forget that CUSTOMER SERVICE is what keeps you above the rest! Cons: Rude cashier, not worth the expense more
