This fellow was great he showed a real intrest in my vehicle. I brought in my Austin Martin to a few body shops for some scratches & door dents but they just seemed like well, just intrested in making a hi dollar repair bill. I found this dent medic guy online and he was great ! Same day he did it all and at half the price I was quoted. Don't know what others are saying but I will use him again. more

I Should Have Just Left the Dent... 7/30/2011

TERRIBLE. Instead of being a dent, now the vehicle has a bump. Paint does not match, ""Jim"" tried to give a technical explanation as to why paint didn't blend. In reality, he did low-quality quick work and should have taken his time. Did not wet sand the repair, therefore the paint looks like an ""orange peel."" Overall, repair was very cheap. When dissatisfied with work, Jim became infuriated and was extremely rude. He demeaned the vehicle saying its 10 years old, I shouldn't care. If you want a technician who doesn't think you should care about your vehicle, see Jim. If you want your vehicle to look like it should after a repair, DO NOT GO TO DENT MEDIC! more

Hiding behind a woman's photo ! Grow a set will you ! That beater you brought in for dent repair needed allot more than just dent repair. After years in this industry I know when to walk away from a potential problem. ""Recently painted panel"" WITH THREE DENTS ! Only a hack would try to push out a dent with bondo behind it ! Three dents for Fifty dollars ? Now who's the Joker ! You painted that car with a brush & roller who you kidding REALLY CHEEP SHOT DUDE ! more

Useless. Terrible. Seriously, go elseshere. 3/17/2011

I had three barely noticeable dents on a flat, recently painted panel. This joker took one look at it, saw it had been painted, and said it the job couldn't be done. He then offered a rambling, nonsensical lecture on what he felt was the poor quality of the paint job (!!!), and why the dents couldn't be fixed on account of it. I immediately went to Dent Wizard in Peabody and they fixed all three dents in 30 minutes, for $50 less than this joker's estimate. (They also remarked on how great the paint looked.) WHAT A JOKE! more
