Bulwark Exterminating

I have been with Bulwark for 3 1/2 years now. I have been approached by other extermination companies going door to door, and I am only too proud to tell them ""I am sticking with Bulwark!"". I have had a few different techs during the years, but today I met Robert Carpenter for the first time. I explained to him that I recently trimmed several bushes out front, only to find cockroach nests under every single bush! I asked him if he would please spray under the bushes for me. Robert explained to me what type of areas the cockroaches love to inhabit, and was more than happy to take care of my recent problem. I was delighted! I have used Bulwark exterminating for a few months now, and am very pleased with the results. Not only is our home practically bug free, but the technicians are great as well. Quincy is our technician, and I was impressed by his timeliness, efficiency, and friendly manner. He really seemed to care about how we were doing, and remembered many details from his last visit, ranging from where our biggest bug concerns were to when our new child was due. We have had Bulwark exterminating for about a year. We have been very pleased with their quick response. They are here as scheduled, are easy to reach and attentive to our problems. Our Tech Kent Jones has been the best so far. We are having a mole, chipmunk or some kind of rodent problem, and he has gone the extra mile by treating holes outside of our fence line which is probably where they are coming in at. He walked our property and looked for problem areas and treated them. He moved the truck closer so he was able to drag the hose further into our large yard. Thanks Kent for your good work! more

My tech is named Quincy and he is very professional and finds out what needs to be done and gets right down to business. However, he has a great personality and enjoys taking a few minutes to talk. I would recommend him to anyone. Pros: no more bugs Cons: costs money more
