Pam has serviced our home for years. She's personable,very detailed and knowledgeable. Did I mention prompt? Yea, she's that too. When we were having issues with scorpions, she inspected every possible crevice where they could enter and sealed/fixed the issue. I wish every service personal could be like Pam. more

From filling the rat traps (she always has plenty of bait with her unlike other technicians) to saturating the entire yard to keep the scorpions at bay, she is always cheerful and ready to help me with any pest problem I might bring up. Once again our tech, Adele Shields, did her usual great job. She does a complete spraying, and keeps in mind that we have three pets that go outside so is particularly careful about the products she uses. more
