Bulwark Exterminating

Moved into a new home earlier this summer and noticed lots of spiders over the past few months, so after doing a ton of research and interviewing companies over the phone, I decided to go with Bulwark because they emphasize the fact that spiders are their specialty, whereas other companies told me spiders couldn't really be treated. Bulwark offered a money back guarantee on their service, so with nothing to lose, I set up my first appointment. \r \r Yesterday, Mario Pham gave me a call in advance of his arrival and I met him at my home to get things started. I had my five year old son with me, and he did a great job explaining everything he was doing both outside and inside, and he was very thorough and diligent and didn't rush through the service. I liked the fact that they took off the outlet plates and sprayed inside the walls as that was a nice touch. He confirmed that if I had any issues, that they would come back at no charge as they wanted me to be 100% satisfied. Mario was very professional and I feel confident that I made the right choice going with these guys!\r \r July 15, 2013\r Had some recurring issues with spiders recently so gave Bulwark a call and they did a great job as always working around my schedule and giving me a call 30min beforehand to make sure I could head home to meet them for an inside treatment. Definitely a great touch as I can't stand companies that try to use that 4 hour window technique, as what is so hard about calling 30-60 mins in advance to let you know you are on the way. Anyway, Bulwark does a great job with customer service, as my tech David Woollen came out and didn't just do a hit and run spray, but actually took the time to walk me through everything he was going to do and answered all of my questions without making me feel rushed or that I was being a pain. He was professional, personable and truly demonstrated his expertise of the issue at hand, and at no time did he leave me with unreasonable expectations, as he was honest from beginning to end and I really respect that. These guys will never claim to be able to get rid of everything, but they will come out as often as necessary to continue to improve the issue until you are satisfied, with no extra charges ever. I have Ron as my exterminator and I'm very happy with him. Any time we get fire ants in the yard all I do is put flags out and he will take care of them and is very polite. Thank you Ron more
