I can quantify your timber and its value and prepare a sale to obtain the highest market price. I prepare a bid prospectus consisting of a stand and stock table showing the results of my cruise; a contract between you and the timber company or buyer of the timber; and an invitation to bid on the timber up to a specific deadline. As your forester I can obtain a lump sum bid for you up front for your timber. It will be up to you to accept it or not and I will make a recommendation to you in this regard. I oversee the entire logging process after the sale and ensure Best Management practices are followed.
