Bullard Auto Service

After reading the review of Dani R., I've decided that there must be more than one set of owner & associates at Bullard Auto Services! \r In late April, we were coming to Independence from south central Texas when our transmission started acting up badly. Several shops en-route prepared us for the $2-3,000 cost for a re-build! We limped on into Independence while seeking advice from "people in-the-know." Finally, my 83 year old, almost re-tired, school teacher aunt, said "go to Bullards, they've been treating me right for years." The skilled transmission man there was able to quickly and accurately diagnose the problem in an electronic sending unit and get us back on the road in a few hours for less than $300! Over 2,500 miles later, and it is still running as smooth-as-silk! When I'm back in Independence soon, I plan to have Bullards address some other more routine service needs. If these folks treated someone badly, they must have changed their ways. ;-) Thanx, Deb! more

I spent over 1500 dollars to have my car fixed for over heating problems and not only did it over heat and steam 2 days after getting it back from Bullard's, but when i had it taken back up there they tried to charge me AGAIN for what should have been fixed in the first place. The associates, as well as the OWNER were nothing but rude to myself and my boyfriend. They accused US of trying to scam THEM out of money for a problem that should have been taken care of in the first place. Before leaving the owner made a comment about my personal life. The whole thing, especially the OWNER was nothing but unprofessional. I would NOT recommend Bullard's Auto Service to anyone. more

Do you need car repairs from a reputable business? This is the place! Friendly honest employees. We've been using them for the past three years.They know cars and are "female friendly". more
