Just to avoid confusion, the picture shows this as a Hooters, apparently the hooters closed down and was converted into the Buffalo Wild Wings.
I originally attended the other Portland area chicken restaurant, Fire on the Mountain, but despite what the reviews say (best chicken ever), I didn't like the concept. Their chicken was soggy and the sauce wasn't added before it was cooked. The chicken skin was even slimy. The sauce was also just too hot for me so I figured there must be an alternative place.
I ended up finding BuffaloWW, and I was much more pleased. I am not really into sports bars as I really don't care to watch, but I have to say, I was thoroughly impressed. I couldn't count all the different TVs. I reached 60, and had to stop. There were even tvs over the mens' bathroom stalls. Apparently, you can use the tvs to play trivia games with friends as well, though I have yet to try. They had twice as many sauce options as Fire on the Mountain did, and I have to be honest- they were not as hot, but I preferred the taste over the scalding pain. All the chicken is crispy too. Ive been there about 5 times now and I always end up getting the same awesome waiter- Zane (you rock man). They recognized me even after just two visits.
I actually look forward to going back to this place about once every 2 weeks as a regular visit. They have a very nice selection of beer on tap, and the 'tall boys' go for cheap at happy hour. I will say that I didn't prefer the boneless wings as much as the original kind, but the sauce completely makes up for it. I am not claiming that they have the ""best chicken of all time"" or anything like that, but just take my word for it and go there ONCE, as you are going to end up having an awesome time.
