I walked into a full bar and 2 guys on stools jamming away. This was just what I was looking for. more

went for lunch at 12:00. Server finally shows up at 12:15. food never arrives, left at 1. told manager what i thought and his response was ""what do you want me to do"" horrible better wings and service up the street at wing stop, muirlands and lake forest in where staples is. go there that way you wont leave hungry more

I was super excited to finally try the new Buff Wild WIngs in the town I grew up in. Huge wing fan. Went to watch an angel game. Absolutely the worst service I've ever gotten. Literally, not one waitress EVER came over to even greet us, let alone get our drink order. We had to go to the bar to order drinks. Then later I had to grab a waitress to put our wing order in. And it...took...forever! Granted, it was crowded, but there were plenty of servers to go around. It was quite obvious that these servers had little to NO experience. I can say this because I've been a server at numerous places in college. And the wings were decently good, yet nothing to write home about. Another letdown was the fact they didn't have pitchers. I'm so sad I had such a bad experience. Never going back there. P.S.-Some guys were there that almost started a fight, and not all of them got kicked out. Needless to say, I felt uncomfortable after that. Pros: GO TO HOOTERS INSTEAD! Cons: Everything more
