I went in to buffalo wild wings in Oviedo a few months ago, because i love the wing sauce there, especially the mango habanero! I usually go to the Waterford Lakes Buffalos but i happened to be with a friend who lives in the Oviedo area. As soon as we arrived we were greeted by the hostess, who was friendly enough, and informed us that there would be a twenty-five minute wait for a table. Interestingly enough, five minutes passed and our name was called, not bad, but not accurate! We were seated and given menus at a table near the front door, our server's name was Ashley. Ashley was very friendly, welcoming, and greeted us within seconds! After we ordered , an HOUR later we received our food, however it was cold, soggy, and not what i expect from a Buffalo Wild Wings, due to my previous experiences at Waterford Lakes. When Ashley asked us how it was, i did not hesitate to tell her what i thought, and she suggested that i speak with the manager. I watched her walk up to the counter to ask the manager (a thin black man) to come explain to us what went wrong in the kitchen, and he rolled his eyes at her. Not only did he not come over to our table for another 25 minutes, i watched him play and flirt with one of the little blonde servers. Ashley was very apologetic and informed me that the manager would be over here shortly. Needless to say, we left money on the table to cover the bill and a tip for Ashley because it wasn't her fault, but we didn't stick around to talk to the manager (he seemed occupied), but at this point in time, i wish i had. I think i'll stick with chili's next time i am in that area.
Pros: server
Cons: manager and food
