If I could give a place no stars I would. I took my truck in for a front end alignment (truck pulling to right), and was told that I needed new ball joints-lower. What they did not bother telling me, or did not see, was that I needed a new idler arm, which was easy to see, a known problem for Ford trucks, causes truck to pull to the right, and part of the steering. My ball joints were a little loose but not much more than specs allow. This bald headed guy took a metal wege and pried on my ball joint instead of doing the standard test of tire at 12 and six. I would think twice before letting them work on my auto. While I was waiting they told some other guy that his rotors were 1/16 of an inch out of spec. Well that would be an easy number to fudge. I would have told them to leave the rotors alone and get the new pads on, but this guy paid for new rotors when he probably did not need them. These guys know a sucker when they see one. The estimate for my ball joints was 500.00, but I can't help but wonder what else they would have found. Replaced them myself-226.00, for ball joints and idler arm assem. Steer clear unless you get a second and third opinion.
