I went to the Buffalo Exchange in Williamsburg, Brooklyn. I found it to be a nice change of environment from my usual F21 addiction. However, very similar to Forever this place happens to be a little crazy looking in just about every location. You could potentially come out with some really good finds but you have to know your personal style in advance and more importantly you really, really, REALLY have to dig. This staff is okay, relatively friendly and certainly more helpful than the sales associates that you may run into at the more commercial retail outlets. This location in particular carried some nice apparel selections, but let's be serious. Paying ten, fifteen, and in some cases twenty dollars is a bit steep for secondhand threads. But I won't because how many stores is there really that sell gently used top designer bags, clothes, and shoes? There were a lot of Ralph Lauren items which I found to my liking. This place is certainly the Barney's of thrift stores. It was a more upscale than any other thrift store that I have ever seen.
