I am NOT happy. I purchased five items last week and when I got home (in Buckeye), I realized that they gave me one item I didn't ask for and deleted one item that I did want - and charged me for both! I have tried repeatedly to call them to straighten this problem out but all I get when I dial their ""phone number"" is a fax machine!!! There seems to be no way to resolve this except to drive all the way back there (over an hour) which will cost alot in gas! Ridiculous! I sure hope the person from Minnesota finally received her merchandise in the mail! more

Still the Best AND they've opened a furniture store nearby! 11/15/2010

I commented way back in 2006 about Buffalo Bill's and my opinion has not changed...it's still one, if not the best place to find southwest merchandise in the Valley. I think the dad has retired and his son and family are now running the business. I can still find wonderful items there for my home and to use as gifts. The only cons would be that it can get crowded on the weekends and sometimes you have to be patient to get help, but, hey..it's worth it! Parking can also be an issue on weekends and during Snowbird season, but now they've opened a furniture store just two doors down and there's plenty of parking there! The new store also has good values! more

I can honestly say that I am addicted to this shop.. every time we are going to visit AZ I star to talking about going to Buffalo Bills.. It has become a joke.. My son thinks that I am not going to visit hi, they think i get more exited to go shopping. Pros: Awesome Art, XL selection of pottery, Best Prices by far Cons: no parking lot on the weekends more

Untrustworthy 5/28/2008

Do not buy merchandise and request it to be shipped. I haven't received my order in which they charged me for not only the merchandise but the shipment and told me it would be 2-3 weeks. It has now been 4 weeks and I called DHL shipping company and they have no order for shipment. Buffalo Bills Trading Post has great merchandise but they are not trustworthy - they do not return your phone calls when you leave a message and they have not answered the phone in days. I am very, very disappointed in not receiving my merchandise that was to be given to a friend. I have a friend who lives in Cave Creek and will ask him to tell others not to buy anything there. If I receive my merchandise, I will revise this review. Pros: Nice art work Cons: Untrustworthy, they do not return phone calls and do not ship your order that you pay for more

The staff was friendly and helpful. They have the biggest selection of southwest decor I have ever seen and their prices are reasonable. Pros: Choice of products Cons: Minimal parking more

Fun Experience! 10/4/2006

Not the prettiest place in the world, but best deals on southwest pottery, art, and furniture in the area. The people are nice, friendly and helpful when asked. Huge inventory of pottery, all sizes and price range. Seems to have new things every time I go. Well worth the trip up to Cave Creek. Pros: Friendly environment, good prices more
